The cuisine is total five star full stop. This is a very small, very busy restaurant. I recommend that you ask for a preferable table. I also had a mean shot of espresso afterword that was perfectly made! I highly recommend the food ( i had the incredible pasta mixed in front of you in a pecorino cheese wheel and then was covered in fresh black truffles… one of the better things I’ve ever tasted!) but if they don’t know you be prepared… the hostess is going to stick you.

The food was sublime I’ll include pictures … serving me was the great Esteban who was a very cool and very professional and very friendly server. That being said there’s no place quite like this in our area. in front of my table, which quite honestly made it very difficult to enjoy the killer food and service that was provided. I was alone, and I could see that there was a very regular crowd, so I was seated right next to the service bar with the comings and goings, bumping into each other.
